This seems to be a common problem agents NOT entering the correct Tax Code when reissuing tickets - Some airlines Tax penalty codes are DU, CP, OA, OD and some have NO tax penatly code - Click here for a PDF file of some of the airlines codes - NOTE this is subject to change AT ANYTIME always consult your Airline.
All travel Agents should make it known to their clients that the requirements for entry into certain countries can Change at any minute and are effective immediately. Yellow Fever requirment is a good example. Always notify your clients of this!
